The triangular site has been used to best advantage, with an impressive street frontage and indoor-outdoor flow from the entire main living level of the house.

Inside, the house now includes four bedrooms and bathrooms, three living areas, kitchen, scullery and double garage.

What most impressed the judges was the level of detailing and bespoke craftsmanship seen throughout the home.

The result is a beautifully crafted family home that combines all that’s needed for a modern lifestyle with the charm and character features of a classic villa.
