Facebook Tweet Help Stories Bathroom Australia TIDA Bathrooms Atmosphere plus Share Tweet Help A high-end presence was the goal for this master suite, exuding a hotel feel – bedroom, bathroom, WIR and make-up station all achieve a lux vibe Designed by Carmen Hansberry DesignFrom the designer:The design of the master bedroom walk-in robe and ensuite space aims to create a timeless and cohesive atmosphere, excluding the typical luxury and ambience found in hotels. In the ensuite, a monochromatic textured tile sets the foundation for a sophisticated area, complemented by the depth and contrast provided by the dark woodgrain cabinetry facings of Polytec Perugian Walnut. The use of the same materials in the adjoining walk-in robe ensures a cohesive and long-lasting design for the entire master suite. To enhance the overall ambience of the space, recessed LED lighting has been incorporated into the bathroom mirror and dressing mirror – serving both decorative and functional purposes for grooming and makeup application. Additionally, recessed strip lighting in the bath plinth step helps to establish a connection between the different areas within the ensuite. Within the walk-in robe, a custom-designed island serves as a showcase for storing the owner's accessories, allowing them to be prominently displayed through a glass top. A built-in side seat provides a comfortable spot for putting on shoes while dressing. Ample hanging space, consisting of both double and single rods, ensures that all clothing items have sufficient storage. Double built-in drawer units positioned under the window offer functional storage for smaller clothing items, while the top surface provides an ideal platform for showcasing the owner's collection of designer bags.
