From the building designer:

Our owner’s brief was to deliver a Hamptons style design aesthetic right by Cockle Bay beach.

With the Parade being a very publicly used beach, it was important to the owners, that we create private outdoor spaces for the family to enjoy in seclusion without closing off the lovely outlook towards Cockle Bay.

The property offers sensational water views and state of the art features designed to make the most of the site.

These include an in-ground heated pool, multiple covered outdoor areas, a courtyard with retractable louvre roof, three car garaging with gym/workshop with secure off-street parking and even making room for boat and jet skis.

A large designer kitchen with eastern covered outdoor dining, an internal dining area and butlers pantry links through to laundry and sand/coat room providing great flow for utilities, access and easy living.

A generous formal lounge with double-sided fireplace provides fantastic views of the beach while also connecting both outdoor entertaining areas.

This is adjacent to family, dining and kitchen areas with high ceilings and large window and door openings – the latter providing seamless access to the views and entertaining.

Four spacious bedrooms are all upstairs including the master with its luxurious ensuite bathroom and east facing covered balcony capturing the water views while providing a private place to relax and embrace the beauty of this peaceful coastal setting.

There is a large study off the master suite – also providing a quiet space away from busy family life.

The pool is located on the private side
