From the designer

In an up and coming, high class area, the team Mike Greer Homes wanted a this showhome to be a statement home to set it apart in the street. The home meets these requirements – clad with a mixture of cedar and nickel honed masonry with black mortar, and a captivating entrance way with peeks of the open concept layout inside.

Upon entry, the hallway looks directly through to the outdoor living space and both living area and entranceway offer separate spaces while maintaining flow through the home.

A north-facing orientation of this home make it a light and bright space, with light inducing stackers in the dining and kitchen area to capture sunlight and connect seamlessly to the expanse of quality kwila decking and the greenery of the garden.

A separate store, scullery and lounge (accessed by an American oak barn door) complete the living area, creating multiple practical, refined spaces. The kitchen area with large island bench is a statement piece and includes a black velour finish to scullery.

Godfrey Hirst Regal Oak Scarborough open treads, with pine stringers painted in feature colour, adorn the stairwell on the right-hand side leading to the light filled atrium and a generous landing area accompanied by a smaller deck area.

Thoughtfully designed, the functional, four-bedroom plus study floor plan provides multiple spaces for work and play, allowing a growing family to re-purpose over time. With quality fixtures and fittings throughout, Smeg appliances, a Fujitsu heat pump, and Grohe tapware, the home is specified to step into both refinement and comfort.
