They were to build a high-end spec home which would be sold while during the sale process the home may have been used as a pop-up showhome for a limited time. The market they would be pitching to would be professional empty nesters who want a home close to the city but still close to the beach, easy to lock up-and-leave yet stylish and sophisticated.Since this home was built to be on-sold the space had to appeal to a variety of people.
