Coastal waves
A bespoke, crenulated double vanity, emerald tiles and brushed brass touches give this coastal master ensuite a refined air
Designed by Emma Morris, Eternodesign
The owners’ vision was to turn their home into an Australian coastal oasis through an open living space, which we achieved through renovating their kitchen/living/dining that flowed seamlessly onto their new deck and pool – ready for the upcoming summer.
In this renovation, we also removed one of the existing bedrooms to create their master bedroom suite that allowed space for a walk-in robe and connecting master ensuite.
As you walk into the master ensuite, you are welcomed with a pair bespoke mirrors, bespoke vanity joinery painted in a matte lacquer finish, and a beautiful feature tiled wall, in vertically laid emerald green tiles.

The large bespoke mirrors reflect past the walk-in robe, through to the master bedroom.
The stone benchtop features a unique detail, a shark nose edge, which stands out against the scalloped profile vanity, which we designed with our joiners, and shows continuity shown with the kitchen joinery.
Removing the old window in the bedroom, and putting in a higher, wall-to-wall window allowed more light into the space, while still keeping things private in the walk-in shower.
The lighting design harmoniously connects the bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite, while brushed brass tapware and accessories add a final touch of luxury to the owners’ new space.
