Bespoke cabinetry and spa-like bathing spaces for luxurious yet functional bathroom
Dramatic architectural elements, plenty of storage and beautiful material finishes result in a hotel-like bathroom

From the designer:
Dramatically high-pitched ceiling and comparatively low ceilings all within the same space made this architectural master ensuite particularly challenging.
The owners requested a spacious, functional bathroom with all the amenities included, providing a luxurious design specifically tailored to their requirements.
The Grande floating Oval Mirror cupboards were a piece of art in themselves, with hours of design and collaboration invested to create the function and look we were after.
These large mirrors add a refined elegance, yet are also highly functional with two fairly strong parallel door-opening fittings.
These were paired with the bespoke Corian oval sinks and vanity bench top to help soften the space.
Our design brief was to create a luxurious bathroom that exudes elegance and sophistication as if you were in an exclusive hotel. The bathroom is unique in its bold collaboration of bespoke design cabinetry, high gloss black lacquer finish and hidden power points in the drawers, to keep the tops uncluttered.

The dramatic tiled shower, including the tiled low ceiling, created a spa-like space behind the glass door. These were complemented with the striking 1200mm x 1200mm black Italian porcelain tiled wall, with recessed shelf that forms as a textured backdrop to the carefully positioned freestanding bath and Axor Citterio E floor mounted bath spout.
Close collaboration with the builder and trades were imperative throughout the project, to insure the shower fittings and wall mounted taps were decided on and factored into the design from early in the process.
Materials and finishes were carefully chosen to incorporate and capture the beauty of the homes various spaces. Our overall aim was to bring a delicate touch throughout the home, which was achieved in this space by the soft subtle lighting, textured palette and attention to detail.
The master ensuite has become a place of tranquility and a piece of art in itself creating a spatial sanctuary for the owners to relax and enjoy.
