4. VIDEO

Entrants are encouraged to supply a 30-60 second video run-through of the project, which may be taken on a phone, as an aid to the judges as well as to be potentially posted to Trends social pages.

This is not a requirement for entry, and entrants who do not provide this video will not be penalised.

If you have had professional video produced of your project, this can also be included in your entry submission as an additional resource for judges, and may be included in any feature we produce on the project.

You can provide the video as a link to it uploaded on YouTube or Vimeo. Or, if it has not been uploaded to one of these sites, you can supply the video file at the same time as you supply the images.

JUDGING

Judges will assess entries on the following criteria:

  • How the design fulfilled the requirements of the client’s brief
  • How the design was developed in response to its site and surroundings
  • Overall functionality – including creativity and space design
