Water off a duck's back with Aluminium Systems
Aluminium Sysytems brings peae-of-mind protection
Together with cladding impervious to climate, weatherproof windows and doors were also specified by Paladin Construction for the project.
Aluminium Systems supplies window and door joinery to 50 manufacturers across New Zealand under the Fairview and Elite Windows & Doors brands. For this reinvention, fabricator Fairview Window Solutions installed the Fairview Residential Series, says the manager of Fairview Window Solutions Matthew Bowden.
"Paladin Construction specified this series as it offers a high-end look often seen on commercial projects, but at an affordable price. Over recent years, the Residential series has been refined and now has even sharper profiles. Today, the range includes everything from awning and casement, bifold, sliding and box windows to hinged, bifold, sliding doors and front entry doors a fit for every project. Here we used a strict WANZ-approved installation system and the entire project was completed to time and importantly, to budget."
Bowden says the product's reputation for peace-of-mind integrity, no matter what the weather throws at it, is only one of several advantages to the architect, installer and owner.
"With the Fairview brand it is all about the details. For example, for this project, the sash handles and stays were powdercoated at the same time as the joinery extrusion for a perfect colour match. A light finish was selected as this toned with the white Scyon weatherboards."
The Residential Series was developed by Aluminium Systems to offer the highest levels of performance at a competitive price.
