Designer notes:

The client wanted to keep materials and colours consistent with those used throughout the home and the Rimu clad ceiling was a key starting point in the design consideration.

The three large spaces had to be complimentary with each other but also have a wow factor on their own.

Raw concrete tilt slab walls down the hallway then returns into the master bedroom.

Pin lights into the Rimu cladding wash down the concrete wall.

The Rimu clad wall is also behind the super king bed.

Copper detail in the hanging pendants over the custom made concrete bed side tables.

Copper detail in the custom made wall hung joinery unit and hanging light in the walk-in wardrobe, Caesarstone Raven bench surface with Dezignatek matt Slate door fronts.

Blum legra box black drawers to the walk in robe.

Custom made wall hung vanity unit with Dezignatek gloss white fronts, Caesarstone Raven benchtop and Blum legra box white drawers.

Rimu slatted shower base with floor to ceiling glass panels and an open entrance into the double shower.

Full-height mirrors in the walk-in robe and to the two tall storage units.

Powdercoated matt black handles and hanging rails to the walk-in wardrobe to minimise the use of different materials.

LED strip lighting below the vanity.

Two grey tiles used, the darker in the back wall in the suite to create depth and the lighter to the ensuite walls, this tile had to compliment the concrete floors and charcoal coloured benchtop and also create balance/texture.

Custom designed recess areas to the shower.

Hidden extraction system to the ceiling in the shower.

Full-height vanity mirror.
