The new SkyCity Grand Hotel is designed to integrate both with the nearby conference centre and with the rest of the city's architecture

Technology must also be leading edge in a hotel with the star rating of the SkyCity Grand. In both the executive suites and the penthouse, Philips supplied and installed its exclusive 42-inch hotel plasma TVs. These include a variety of features designed especially for hotel use. Hotel televisions were supplied for all other rooms.

Commercial channel manager Luana Downing says having the latest hotel TV technology enables guests to access all in-room entertainment.
