A developer's approach to selling homes should be a holistic one. Every aspect, from the facade to the carpets to the kitchen, has to stand out as an added reason to purchase. This means appliances that contribute both looks and functionality are a necessary inclusion.

NSD Homes director Paul Damjanovic explains how kitchen appliances add to his own display homes' wow factor.

Appliances vary between NSD's show homes, with options including a 96-litre capacity electric freestanding Kleenmaid oven, with nine cooking programmes and a six gas burner cooktop. Kleenmaid's 23-litre capacity steam oven is also available, and another cooktop option is a separate hob with various burner sizes.

Kleenmaid's stainless steel, twin-fan rangehoods and multifunction dishwashers also feature in these kitchens, along with Kleenmaid's coffee machine. This has a modern European design with black buttons, silver knobs and blue LED lights.
