All the above fell into PS Electrical's domain when the electrical installation company began work on 3M's head office at Interplex@Albany. PS Electrical director Paul Stewart says the company provided a complete electrical installation and design service.
"An important part of the job was to liaise with the client, developer and architects, as well as overseeing other contractors to provide an overall solution to meet everyone's expectations and requirements," says Stewart. "The work included power, exterior lighting, power points, distribution mains and switchboards.
"Working with overseas fittings and dimensions was a tricky aspect of the project, and we resolved several cabling issues for a cleaner, more economical result."
