The homeowner’s brief was to create a spacious master bedroom area, with his and hers walk in robe and a luxurious bathroom.
As the bedroom is set in the attic floor of this Californian Bungalow, an attention to maximise natural light was required.
With careful planning around a slopping ceiling, this master parent retreat enhances the sense of space.
From the master bedroom, you can enjoy the beautiful, black-framed glass wall, leading to the luxurious ensuite.
A sculptural freestanding bath and a heavenly skylight above, evoke a spa-like feel, while an articulated design allows for complete privacy to the rest of the amenities.
A pleasing mix of black, white and greys set the tone for the refined scene.
The natural palette of large-format tiles on the walls and a herringbone pattern for the floor, pair perfectly with the custom-made black vanity and luxe warm brass details.
The bespoke walk in robe includes banks of open shelving and hanging space, as well as enough drawers to keep things from looking and feeling cluttered.
The palette of black textured cabinetry with warm timber trim creates a sense of calm and order.
The master bedroom has emerged as a luxurious space where relaxation and privacy are a priority.
The big sliding doors leading to the balcony fill the space with an abundance of natural light and allows for a comfy seating area for the owners to relax in and enjoy after a busy day.
