He says aesthetics were another key consideration."The James Hardie product provides the clean, contemporary lines required for this home. These products also look visually appealing painted in darker colours."Both Scyon Linea Weatherboard and Titan Fae§ade Panels are highly durable, BRANZ-appraised lightweight materials. This means less bracing is required, which provides cost savings. Both products are pre-primed to provide a stable base for paint or texture coatings.Other James Hardie products were specified for the interior of the house. Villaboard® high-performance lining was used behind the shower walls in the bathrooms and Scyon Secura Interior Flooring for the bathroom on the upper level. large bedroom, double sliding doors open to patio, dark with white accents Scyon Secura is a water-resistant floor system that is pre-sealed on six sides, removing the need for waterproofing outside of the immediate wet areas.
