Home theatre technology that offers award-winning clarity of vision is available from Sim² projectors
Home theatres are becoming increasingly popular additions to new homes, with many people opting to enjoy the cinematic experience without leaving their front door.
However, it is important to select a product that delivers clarity of vision. Italian projector brand Sim² a company that has won awards for the performance and design of their componentry products has recently launched the affordable Domino range.
This new series complements their existing Grand Cinema range.
It is available from Angell Sound Vision, a specialist custom-design home theatre company, which supplies Sim² products in New Zealand.
"A projector is evaluated by its colour performance and by its contrast and black levels. On these accounts, the Domino range from Sim² easily delivers," says codirector Roger Angell.
"Complex movie scenes featuring plenty of detail appear finely layered and three dimensional. Colours are evenly balanced, lively and stable, without blurring during fast movement," he says.
Among its features are a 8000-hour lamp life, quality glass-sealed optics, motorised zoom and focus adjustment, and lens shift for ease of installation.
"One of the most important aspects of the Domino projector is the contrast ratio, which determines the impressive depth of vision. Another, is the long throw lens, which enables you to position the projector behind the viewer," says Angell.
Domino projectors contain High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) which is considered a new standard for uncompressed audio/video digital stream, says Angell.
"The Italian styling means the Domino projectors from Sim² look appealing in any home theatre environment. We are happy to demonstrate their amazing performance in your home for no obligation."
