From the design studio:

This interior forms part of a striking 270 m² single-storey home in Göktürk, Istanbul, where eclecticism meets contemporary modernism.

The home showcases a combination of natural materials, rich textures, and vibrant accents, resulting in a space that is functional, comfortable and visually captivating.

The design narrative is a sophisticated fusion of eclectic and modern styles, with subtle Brooklyn influences woven throughout.

The layoutis divided into communal and private zones, connected by a T-shaped corridor and a double-wing door that enhances the flow and spatial clarity.

Our signature use of natural materials is evident in the deep auburn woods, sleek stone, and cool-toned onyx marble, which are beautifully contrasted by dark wood parquet flooring and light-toned walls.

The colour palette is warm and inviting, featuring terracotta oranges, burnt reds, and warm caramels, softened by muted greys and off-whites, with vibrant accents of deep blues and greens in the furnishings and artwork.

Art plays a central role in the interior, with selected pieces adding depth and character to every room, resonating with the home’s eclectic and contemporary spirit.

The living and dining areas form the vibrant heart of the home, perfect for social gatherings and family moments.

The living room features a plush B&B sofa with soft contours that contrast the angular lines of the deep green velvet armchairs.

A striking black-and-white striped coffee table and matching light stand by escapefromsofaadd contemporary flair, all anchored by a Hürsan fireplace and antique bronze sconces.

The dining area continues the theme of contemporary elegance with camel leather, padded chairs evoking a 1970s style, paired with a table that layers solid wood, marble, and ceramic, reinforcing the harmonious material interplay throughout the interior.

Metal ladders repurposed as display features add an industrial edge, in keeping with the Brooklyn style. The kitchen is a light-filled sanctuary, dominated by an all-white colour scheme.

Bespoke Gorbon tiles with royal blue motifs introduce a European charm while an informal dining nook enhances the space’s functionality.

The bedrooms exude sophistication, with a design language that rcontinues the home’s overarching themes.

Bohemian-style ceiling lights and dark wood finishes create a sophisticated yet calming ambiance.

Each bedroom is further enriched by artwork that complements the aesthetic, making these private retreats feel intimately connected to the rest of the home.

This interior reflects contemporary design, where eclectic influences and modern elements converge to create an innovative living space.

The integration of art, natural materials, and a curated colour palette transforms the home into a canvas for its inhabitants' stories and experiences, adroitly merging aesthetics with functionality.
