To provide visual continuity in the remodelled villa, the designer specified varying depths of a single colour on both levels of the house. Resene Tea features on walls on the main floor, with the ceilings, skirting boards and architraves painted in Resene Quarter Tea.

Goran Mitrovic says walls on the basement level are painted in Resene Half Tea to provide a lighter interior. All these shades are from the Resene The Range Whites & Neutrals fandeck.

Resene Zylone Sheen was the paint type chosen for the interior. This low-odour waterborne finish is an Environmental Choice-approved paint.
