Open home
For easy entertaining and a laid-back lifestyle, new Fisher Foldback bifolds were specified for this home

Improving the indoor-outdoor flow of your living areas can be as simple as changing the joinery. With the right doors and windows, you can fully open up your home to the outdoors, effectively extending your living area.
The house shown here is a good example. To provide a better flow to the deck, the owners specified customised Fisher Foldback bifold doors and windows from MINZ Aluminium Joinery in Silverdale.
The Foldback bifold doors, which replaced traditional sliding doors, are part of a patented system that allows the door panels to open back 180° against the outer wall. The system is not only space-efficient, it also allows an uninterrupted flow between the inside and outside, making it ideal for entertaining.

Fisher Foldback bifold windows feature on the left of the large window opening. Due to the size of this opening and the proximity of the wall on the right, a matching casement window was used on this side. The joinery replaces more traditional fixed and awning windows.
The large window opening contributes to a lighter, more airy interior, and provides a strong visual link between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Foldback® is a registered trademark of Fletcher Aluminium.
