Longevity was a key requirement for the cladding on the Signature Homes house. So, too, was a high-quality exterior finish.

To meet the criteria, three claddings finished in Sto European Plaster Systems were installed by the Sto contractor, EuroClad Limited.

A StoLevell Uni mineral basecoat was used by EuroClad to ensure the walls were straight. This was then coated with StoArmat Classic, a flexible reinforcement plaster, which in turn was finished in Stolit K coloured finishing render.

This combination of materials provides a breathable, flexible, low-maintenance plaster system. The finished claddings selected by EuroClad ensured the exterior was visually unified.

Sto Design also supplies specifications and details for individual projects to ensure the Sto cladding systems comply with council requirements and to meet building code amendments. This documentation is constantly updated.
