HIGH-PROFILE projects, such as Circle on Cavill, benefit from the expertise of high-profile companies. Dowell's Building Services is one such company. With a work history linking the construction firm to most of the prominent high-rise projects built in Queensland over the past 10 years, it's not surprising to see the name associated with Circle on Cavill.

During the course of the project, Dowell's Building Services provided general labour and contracting services to the Sunland Group and various other on-site subcontractors. The company also undertook pile trimming and provided crane crew and riggers for the operation, erection, climbing and dismantle of the cranes, and was responsible for the final trade clean of the building prior to handover.
