Lighting the way

There's no question that the atmosphere in a bar or restaurant is strongly influenced by the amount and mix of lighting. Products that give the proprietor the opportunity to quickly adjust the mood as required will always be a handy option.

Indoor and outdoor fire specialist Real Fires has recently added a mobile, freestanding, outdoor flare to its range of products.

This new flare, Illuminate, is designed to provide additional light and ambience in situations such as the decks and courtyards of cafes and bars. Fuelled by a 9kg gas bottle, the flare is fully self-contained. Illuminate is available in a black or stainless steel finish, and is well suited to exterior use. A glass enclosure around the flare ensures the flame doesn't blow out and is an added safety feature.

Real Fires also manufactures other ranges of fires for use outside. The Real Fires SS900 flued gas fire is designed for sheltered outdoor areas. It can be installed in both open and semi-enclosed locations.

Another option, the Real Fires Outdoor Flare, will be a focal point in any exterior entertaining area. A yellow flame creates a warm and welcoming ambience with its soft, glowing light.
