Being busy professionals, the owners wanted Oppidan Homes to handle every aspect of the design and construction. The company consequently managed the entire project, from the initial design sketches and the local government approval processes, right through to the actual construction by Oppidan Homes' own building team.
As with every Oppidan Homes project, this house was designed for modern living. Special features include a veranda with automated overhead louvres.
