Maintaining the traditional ambience of the original MCC Library and Chadwick Room was a priority for the fit-out contractor. Sandown Constructions was commissioned to build the interiors of both these rooms, as well as several members' bars, in the Northern Stand.

Dark-stained Tasmanian blackwood cabinetry was bookmatched for a seamless look. The company also refurbished the original wood and etched-glass doors to the Chadwick Room.
