Given the exposed location and focus on a low maintenance, eco-friendly home, Resene paints were used throughout.

On the exterior, the Environmental Choice-approved finish, Resene X-200 waterproofing membrane was used in Resene Double Doeskin, with fascias in Resene X-200 tinted to Resene Bronze and soffits in Resene X-200 tinted to Resene Spanish White.

Interior walls and skirtings are in Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen tinted to Resene Double Spanish White from the Range Whites & Neutrals fandeck. The ceilings are in Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Rice Cake, chosen to avoid light reflections in the home.
