Flexibility of use is a key requirement of any large convention venue. To provide such facilities for the Hilton Sydney, Rintoul Operable Walls were specified for the ballroom and Levels 1-4 of the convention centre.

The operable walls for the ballroom and convention rooms were built to meet the FSTC sound rating specified by the acoustic consultant, as sound rating for these areas was paramount. Working with a combination of different finishes was another challenge.
