Multi-million dollar projects can quickly spiral out of control if decisive project management isn't employed. Completing constructions on time and within budget requires methodical planning, strategic resource management and meticulous attention to details.

"The stadium is built using a number of concrete pillars weighing up to forty tonnes. Because we have the skills in-house we could build them on site. Substantial savings were made, freeing up capital for additional catering facilities," says Page.
