From the designers:

In bustling cities like Lima and São Paulo, the integration of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cultures and cuisines flourish.

Smoky anticuchos, crispy taquitos and colourful seviches take pride of place at the table, alongside fresh sashimi and sushi rolls.

This is the inspiration of the world state-of-art restaurant brand Sushiamba, that celebrates its energetic spirit in many iconic locations in the globe and now in Asian – offering a fresh, multifaceted dining and entertainment experience like no other in Singapore.

Situated at the pinnacle of Singapore’s iconic Capital Tower, the newest member of the Sushiamba network, with interiors by Kokaistudios, revolutionises the dining experience by seamlessly blending Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cultural elements.

The restaurant merges the essence of these three vibrant cultures through dynamic interiors and signature culinary offerings, providing a distinctive dining adventure across its global cosmopolitan locations.

The Japanese aesthetic is reflected in the precise balance, geometric designs, and use of natural materials, while the Brazilian and Peruvian influence shines through in the vibrant colours, bold textiles, and exuberant finishes.

Positioned on the 52nd floor, Sushiamba boasts unparalleled 360-degree views of the city, offering a stunning panorama of both ocean and urban landscapes.

The floor’s wraparound circulation ensures a breathtaking perspective from every angle.

One side of the space is dedicated to the restaurant, while the opposite side features a vibrant bar lounge.

Additionally, the venue includes three private dining rooms, each with its own individual identity, and a mezzanine level reserved exclusively for VIPs, complete with a dedicated bar.

In keeping with the design language established at Sushiamba in Dubai, this space features an impressive 3D-printed bamboo vaulted ceiling, soaring to a dramatic height of 8.5m, which envelops the entire area in an organic, natural feel.

A lush green wall and hanging greenery contribute to the tropical ambiance.

The lively atmosphere of the venue is anchored by a statement bar and an open kitchen counter, which are enhanced by vibrant colours and layered patterns.

Sushiamba's arrival at Capital Tower breathes new life into this iconic locale, seamlessly integrating its unique blend of tropical elements with the breathtaking cityscape.

The dynamic design and vibrant interiors perfectly complement Singapore's environment, creating an immersive dining experience.

With panoramic views and a rich cultural fusion, Sushiamba Singapore emerges as a premier destination, reaffirming its status for innovative, experiential fine dining.
