Fitting out a luxury apartment is not just about the selection of quality finishes and materials. It's also about providing appliances that complement the trend-setting decor and enhance the apartment lifestyle.
This new complex 2 Kings Park Ave-nue, Crawley is a case in point. Developed by Cape Bouvard Developments and located on the Swan River, this boutique development features four apartments one on each floor.
Not surprisingly, the opulent interiorsare fully equipped with the latest technology, including state-of-the-art home automation and reverse-cycle air conditioning systems.
The apartments also feature a full complement of Miele appliances, chosen for both their functionality and streamlined good looks.
All the apartments are equipped with the 70cm-wide Miele H387-1B KAT multifunction oven, which offers more cooking space than a conventional oven and is particularly well suited to entertaining.
The oven is matched by the H177MB Combi oven, combining the benefits of a traditional oven with a microwave. This oven has a range of functions, all designed to make meal preparation easier and faster.
Steam and cooking odours are quickly and quietly removed by the Miele DA279 rangehood. This model features touch-pad controls and offers three standard power settings, in additional to an Intensive setting. Halogen lighting within the hood illuminates the cooktop.
The kitchens also feature co-ordinatingcooktops. The Miele KM405 gas hob, KM406 gas wok burner and KM400 ceramic hob are Combiset units that can be mixed and matched to suit your needs. The gas hob includes a high-speed burner.
Other Miele appliances include the extra-quiet G692-3 SCi Plus integrated dishwasher, accommodating 12 place settings. The dishwasher offers seven wash programmes, including Intensive and Economy.
And it's not just the kitchens that showcase Miele appliances. Each laundry is equipped with the W502 Novotronic 5.5kg washing machine, which includes a Handcare Woollens programme, and the T230C Novotronic tumble dryer.
