Drainage systems can be attractive as well as functional. The stainless steel grates from Paige Stainless Fabrications used in the kitchen and bar of The Coro fulfilled both criteria.

In the bar, the grate runs across the entire length of the bar, and functions as a drip tray. The grates installed in the floor of the kitchen allow easy cleaning of the area.
