The homeowner required a kitchen that would sit within this large room, the kitchen was to accommodate the dining table as well as provide seating for four at the island.

The kitchen also had to provide separation between the living/dining space and the bedrooms and bathroom doors that form part of the room’s perimeter.

The brief asked for a combination of timber and white paint, Fantasy white granite, open book shelving and display shelving, plus space for a free standing plumbed in coffee machine with separate coffee grinder.

Stainless steel sinks, tap and a Zenith water dispenser, large bins and a Miele XXL dishwasher were also requested, along with a 90cm Wolf gas hob and 76cm Wolf oven.
