This profile of weatherboard has a wider, flat finish that is in keeping with the style of a colonial home. 

Choosing finger-jointed timber means straight, defect-free boards that come in long, six-metre lengths – hence fewer joins for lovely, smooth walls.

David also uses timber components from the Envira system, not just for the natural aesthetics but for a watertight finish which lasts. 

These timber components include scribers (that fit snugly into the weatherboards and act as an accurate measuring tool for installation), window sills, facing boards (surrounding the windows), and Niagara’s timber fascia.
