The Corinthian Office Tower is situated at the gateway to the quickly developing Albany Centre. This Neil Properties development, designed by Ignite, offers tenants a high level of visibility
The often touted real estate maxim of location, location, location is as pertinent to commercial property development as it is to the residential housing market.
The Corinthian Office Tower, designed by architectural firm Ignite, is situated in the rapidly growing Albany Centre's Office Park Precinct. Occupying a prime gateway site, the building is designed to offer tenants high visibility.
Situated between two roads, the five level western facade features a Caltex petrol station and retail amenities, while the three level eastern facade features the entrance to the offices.
All office levels receive abundant natural light through extensive glazing, which also provides an attractive outlook, says architect Robert Salemink.
"The exterior materials, such as composite aluminium cladding, fibre cement board and curtain walling were used to break up the building into a structured, modulated bay system. Inside the lobby, coloured feature walls of slumped glass, timber veneer panelling and Jurastone floors enhance the entrance to the building."
