It's a trend that has spawned new joinery options in recent years, some of which are featured in this Gisborne project.The Portside Hotel, owned by the Markham Group, was designed to maximise a harbourside location. To this end every suite opens up to a balcony, and features Anotec Dark Bronze joinery from the Fletcher Heavy Duty Residential Suite, supplied by Fisher Aluminium in Gisborne.
