The kitchen needed to work with the family's busy modern lifestyle, and it had to be well suited to entertaining and easy social interaction.

Wonderful Kitchens created a large island that can be used for food preparation, but also for serving dishes and drinks.

Manager Patrick Newman says the kitchen was also designed around the full-length window. Overhead cabinets were avoided so they wouldn't interfere with the high raked ceiling.
