Light, neutral shades will always create a relaxing backdrop for a house by the sea. For the Mount Maunganui beach house, designer Ray Lind of Martin Hughes Architecture Interiors specified Resene paint colours.

The interior walls are painted with Resene Zylone Sheen, a fast-drying, low-odour paint well suited to broadwall surfaces. This is applied over Resene Broadwall Surface Prep or Resene Broadwall 3 in 1 for a Level 5 finish.
