Delivered in three stages, the project required a seamless transition between each one to ensure an on-time, on-budget outcome.

"The result is a development that has fully transformed an existing building into a modern state-of-the-art office integrated and physically joined to a new office building to provide large floor plate spaces to fulfil tenant requirements."
