Design: dasMODAbout the project (Text supplied): What began as a mundane late-’90’s home nestled among other modest structures, transformed into a completely redesigned modern gem in the exclusive waterfront Community of Coronado Cays.

With striking attention to detail, the dasMOD team spared no expense with this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom bay-front structure, taking the idea of upgrade to the next level. Masterfully re-designed by a team of architects and interior designers, 97 Tunapuna Lane was dramatically transformed into the sparkling jewel of Coronado.

Upon entering, you instantly embrace an open floor design that provides incredible views of the sparkling San Diego Bay through extra large 9-foot LaCantina doors. Step off the back patio and access the water with a kayak to explore the South Bay or enjoy the spacious patio complete with built-in BBQ, fire pit and plentiful seating to make entertaining a dream come true.

From the beginning, the dasMOD team felt the home had good bones, a great location and spectacular views, but needed some visionary TLC. What was once a boxy, unimaginative home, became transformed into a modern marvel of tasteful design and functionality.
