Luxury apartments are not just about innovative architecture and spacious interiors. They are also defined by the standard of fixtures and fittings.
The Malvern Grove apartments in Melbourne, developed by Hamton, are a case in point. To complement the high-quality interior finishes, apartments are equipped with Miele appliances.
Hamton joint managing director Steve Buxton says Miele products were chosen on the basis of their reputation.
"Miele is a prestige brand that fits with our prestige apartments and townhouses. We are specifying Miele appliances for all our high-end projects."
Malvern Grove apartments feature the Miele H4200 multifunction oven, which provides rapid heat-up and a PerfectClean interior. The oven is paired with the Miele KM362G stainless steel gas cooktop, which has two normal burners, one wok burner and a simmer burner.
To keep the open-plan living areas free of steam and odours, apartments also feature the Miele DA3060 slide-out rangehood. This model provides four power settings and halogen lighting, and has a decibel rating of just 54dB.
Also featured is the energy-efficient Miele G975i integrated dishwasher, which accommodates 12 place settings.
