What's in an accent?
Brass highlights play an important part in this master bathroom's industrial yet refined aesthetic which is in keeping with the wider master suite design and the house itself
Designed by Marc Homes
From the architect:
Maximising storage without sacrificing aesthetic form was the challenge for this master ensuite.
Maintaining an industrial, yet refined design approach, this bathroom utilises timber and brass accents to bring a level of warmth to the space.
The brass is seen in the customised tapware levers and in the finger recess in the cabinetry. These elements also contrast and complement the matte black metal detailing.
Articulating the overhead mirrored cabinet allows lighting to add another layer of softness to the space, while also providing task lighting.
Behind the bath stands an off white Marbellino polished plaster wall which subtly offsets the white bath and wraps into the shower beyond.
A thin slot incorporates metal work and feature tiling, adding a layer of texture and detail behind the bath.
