For an increasing number of families, entertaining at home doesn't just mean having a few friends around for dinner. It often involves catering on a much larger scale, which in turn creates a need for commercial-style kitchen facilities.

"The kitchen is compact enough to be used by the owner every day," he says. "But it's also designed to be used by a chef or catering company when the family is entertaining in excess of 100 guests."
Evers says Rational holds 53% of the global combination oven market. The oven's popularity is due to its versatility and high performance it can roast overnight, braise and steam food.
