Hard finishes such as timber, marble, ceramic and stone are a popular choice in today's modern home, but they often need softening.

Natural fibre flooring from Advance Flooring can add an element of warmth and texture to hard floors and walls. Noise reduction is another advantage

The fibres of the flax-like sisal plant and the softened fibres of the coconut husk coir have been used to weave flooring products for generations.

Variations in colour and weave are characteristic of these natural woven products, which contribute to their appearance and texture.

Natural fibre flooring is hard-wearing and low maintenance. Because it is static-free it attracts minimal dust and dirt, making it easier to care for.

Sisal and coir both absorb and release humidity depending on the weather and offer good thermal properties, making them safe to use with underfloor heating.

Advance Flooring has 45 different patterns and colours to choose from in its flooring range. It also offers a new wool-sisal blend.

All flooring products are backed with rubber latex and the top surface treated with FibreTec stain inhibitor. A complimentary flooring care kit comes with all installations.

Each rug comes with an anti-slip underlay pad to ensure it sits flat on the floor.

All Advance Flooring products are subject to a nine-point quality inspection to ensure yarn structure and colour consistency is up to standard.
