Urban renewal is changing the way many people live in the city today.

Leuschke says that while the owners wanted an urban loft-style design, the emphasis was on a high-quality fit-out, rather than a raw look.

"We opted for high-quality materials, such as the Italian Carrara marble floor tiles. Bronze aluminium joinery also lends a richness to the interior."
