Having your home finished ahead of schedule, and under budget, is considered to be quite an achievement by most homeowners. Town and Country Residential have been making a habit of it
How often does an architect or building company hear the phrase, We'd love to be in our new house by next summer'? But more often than not, if a home takes longer than expected, a homeowner's first memories of the house could be mainly from the inside.

"When the owner tells his friends his home came in under budget, and two months ahead of schedule, they think he's pulling their leg. That's about as good a compliment as we've ever received," says Pointon.
While building a home quickly and under budget may seem like a minor miracle, it is not the only thing that makes this house remarkable. The very materials the home is constructed from have their own beneficial properties.
"A masonry home has many functional advantages over those built with other materials," says Pointon. "For example, masonry has passive solar capabilities. This makes for a more comfortable home cool in summer, warm in winter with reduced energy costs. Masonry also has very good sound insulation."
The benefits of building with masonry don't stop at the purely functional either.
"Masonry can be used to create a wide variety of looks, from the modern to the traditional. From compact, contemporary town houses to expansive country homesteads, masonry villas of all styles can be designed and built," says Pointon.
