Touch of class
Tough, textured and trendsetting, benchtops from Brightworks Stainless offer enduring appeal
Stainless steel benchtops have long been a popular choice for New Zealand kitchens, and now they are back with a difference. Textured stainless steel benchtops bring a refined aesthetic to the kitchen, and at the same time offer tough, mark-resistant work surfaces.
Brightworks Stainless offers a range of textured stainless steel benchtops that turn practical surfaces into visual features, says director Dean Francis.
"Texture adds to the material's already famous durability, creating stainless steel work surfaces that are impervious to all kinds of knocks and scrapes," he says. "The benchtop textures are created in a variety of finishes, suited to both contemporary and classic-look kitchens."
The stainless steel textures are offered in linen, chequer, canvas and traditional satin. These can be matched with square, rolled bull nose, or softened edges to increase the customising options available.
"The surfaces are pleasing to the touch and work in well with the growing trend for matt stainless steel appliances."
Brightworks' integrated sinks are moulded into the benchtops, avoiding joins where germs can be trapped. The company provides a precision fit with all products.
