Creating a comfortable year-round living environment was a priority for the designers of Eureka Tower. AE Smith & Son, in partnership with Grocon, was responsible for the supply, installation and project management of all the air conditioning systems in the apartments, reception, gymnasium and pool area. The company will also be fitting out the retail areas as they come on stream.
Other mechanical services provided include kitchen and bathroom exhaust systems.
