The use of water adds an element of luxury to this townhouse development. One of the homes has a swimming pool on its mid-level terrace, which opens off the main living area, and the other two both look onto feature ponds.

Pool Resources won the contract for the swimming pool and feature ponds. Because of its position on the first level terrace, the reinforced concrete pool shell was built by Moyle Construction. Pool Resources completed it with a sprayed fibreglass finish and tiling, and supplied and installed the pump, heating and filtration equipment.
