In keeping with the homes' gracious interiors, the developer specified hardwood staircases for the two-story homes.
StairWorld custom designed and fabricated over 200 curved and L-shaped staircases for the houses in the Hamlet Estates, says marketing manager Kristin Drouin.
"We designed staircases that would provide a dramatic focal point for the homes, plus fit in with their architectural details," she says. "Owners select wood species, balusters and top rail styles to suit their personal styles and make their house a home."
The staircases are offered in Red Oak, Hard Maple, American Cherry, African Mahogany, and carpet-grade stairs, together with a variety of wood and iron balusters for the railings.
