Architectural styles at the Hamlet Estates are divided into two categories: Estate Homes, which have four to six bedrooms plus maid's room, home office or den, and up to 4,833sq ft of living space, and Villa Homes, which have 3,614sq ft of living space. All Estate Homes have an attached bathroomfor every bedroom, two or three car garages, and full basements.
A central clubhouse offers a range of professionally managed leisure activities. It includes grounds with a tennis courts, a basketball half-court, and three swimming pools, including a children's pool. A gazebo overlooks one of the private lakes.
The Hamlet Estates are located within easy commuting distance to major highways, Manhattan, the airports, and Long Island Sound beaches. Resident children are able to attend the highly acclaimed Jericho public schools, which are recognized by the US Department of Education for their academic excellence.
