There are three crucial ingredients for a quality home site, design and construction. While a spectacular site is a good start, it's the architect's skill that integrates a design with the terrain, and the builder who ensures a structure's integrity.

This home, a Chesil Park development, shows the results that can be achieved when all three elements come together. In total, the home is 422m², with 227m² of terrace area. Inside, a modern European-style kitchen, with black granite countertops, complements the warm hues of the Tasmanian oak flooring.

To take advantage of current and future technology, the home was smart-wired. A Lutron system controls all electronics, security and lighting.
